Return items within 5–7 days of delivery. We make the return process simple and hassle-free.

Returns will not be accepted if product is used or damaged.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my item is defective or damaged?
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund without requiring a return. Send photos to support@urfastudio.in with your order number.
Can I exchange items instead of returning for refund?
Yes! You can exchange for the same item in a different size or color. Follow the return process and mention "Exchange" in your return request. No extra shipping charges apply.
How long does the refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Bank transfers and UPI refunds may take 2-3 additional days. Credit card refunds appear within 1-2 billing cycles.
What if the return window has passed?
Contact our support team at support@urfastudio.in with your order number and details. We review each case individually and may be able to help you even after the 7-day window.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No! We provide a free prepaid return label. You just need to drop it at the nearest pickup point or arrange for pickup. All shipping costs are on us.
What about COD orders?
COD orders are refunded to your bank account. You won't be charged for the returned shipment. Refund processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive and verify your return.
